How to Use Auto-Fill Fields
You can Auto-Fill data on a document or template from the data stored in your SignWell account’s Contacts section. The Auto-Fill fields feature allows this on both the sending and recipient sides.
When you click Send, these fields will auto-populate with the recipient’s contact information. Before preparing the document/template, ensure that their data is stored in their Contact section.
If you don’t yet have specific contact information for a recipient (such as their Title or Phone number, etc.), you can still add these auto-fill fields to your document or template. When recipients fill in the fields, the data will be saved to their contact card in SignWell.
You can always edit the recipient’s contact information from the Contacts dashboard, even after collecting their information.
