Integrate SignWell with Other Apps Using Integrately

Integrately is a no-code automation system that lets you connect SignWell with other apps to automate sending documents, sync the status of your documents with other tools, and add info from your SignWell documents to other apps that you use.  , 

Here are a few key workflows you can build between SignWell and Integrately:

  • Automatically send a SignWell document when a new lead is created
  • Update a CRM or spreadsheet when a document is signed
  • Notify your team when an agreement is completed
  • Generate contracts from form submissions or database records

What You’ll Need Before Starting

Before connecting, make sure you have:

  • An active SignWell account
  • An active Integrately account
  • SignWell API Key to authorize third-party integration

Step 1: Log in to Integrately

  1. Visit https://integrately.com
  2. Log in using your credentials (or sign up if you’re new)

Step 2: Start Your Automation

Integrately offers ready-to-use automationsthat you can activate with minimal setup.

  1. Use the search bar to find SignWell + another app (for example, Google Sheets or Salesforce)
  2. Browse the available automation options
  3. Select the one that matches your use case
  4. Connect any additional apps if prompted
  5. Review the configuration and turn it on

These automations are ideal if you want fast results without manual configuration.

Step 4: Build a Custom Workflow (Advanced Control)

If you need more flexibility, you can create your own automation from scratch.

  1. Use the search bar to find SignWell + another app
  2. Choose SignWell as either:
    • The starting event (for example, when a document is completed), or
    • The action (for example, send a document for signing)
  3. Select the second app and define what should happen next ( e.g Google Docs)
  4. Map the required fields between SignWell and the other app
  5. Save and activate the automation

Managing Your Automations

After activation, you can:

  • View all workflows from My Automations
  • Pause or resume automations at any time

Common Setup Tips

  • Ensure required fields are mapped before activating an automation
  • If an automation fails, reconnect the affected app account
  • Test workflows with sample data before relying on them in production
